Coal Ash Treatment System

After coal burned by the boiler with 1000~1200℃ high temperature, the residual material is stable and harmless, can meet the test of TCLP, can be used for cement mixed material, ready-mixed concrete, foundation of the roads, Mai-Liao Power Plant has the contract with licensed contractor to handle the coal ash.

Fly Ash - The fine ash from the residual of the coal after burning, collected by EP and transported by air through piping to ash silo stored in the ash tanks. Utilized by the licensed contractors to deliver the ash to concrete plants to mix with concrete for civil engineering.

Bottom Ash - The coarse ash from the residual of the coal after burning, utilized by the licensed contractors for the foundation of the roads.
